Grandmaster Raymond Man (Ying Nap) began his Hung Fut Kung Fu training at the age of 13 under Hung Fut’s 7th Grandmaster 洪耀宗 師傅 (Hung Jiu Zung) up until he passed away in the early 70s. Grandmaster Man then continued his training with Grandmaster 洪樹森 師傅 (Hung Syu Sam) where he spent 10 additional years mastering various aspects from; Kung Fu Fist and weapon forms, Lion Dance, Traditional Chinese Herbal – Dit Da Medicine (specialising in bone setting) within the Hung Fut system.

Master KaLoch Man is the son of Grandmaster Raymond Man and grandson of Grandmaster 洪樹森 師傅 (Hung Syu Sam). Master Man started training at a very young age and later began teaching (officially promoted to instructor level) at the age of 14 - as well as playing the role of events management for the club.

In expanding his horizons, he went into further education in Sports Coaching at City of Glasgow College and University of the West of Scotland. Achieving his honours degree; creating a broader understanding within coaching theories, principles and practices.
